Companies have evolved in the way it looks at diversity and by including the talents of many different slew they have learned that it undersurface have a lordly impact on the companys bottom line. As positive as diversity can be for a company, there are some that think it can border on discrimination. Diversity has opened many doors for citizenry that otherwise may not have had a chance, but at what cost? Diversity in the United States has evolved over the years in which its first premise was based on an assimilation approach. The thought that we are all the same and we just need equal prospect was the basis for diversity.
