HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT 1. The organization I lead use for the purpose of this assignment is an Industrial Company where I previously worked. The company was relatively new and there were virtually 20 office staff and 50 plant workers. The organizational hierarchy was as follows, President, Vice President, Controller, HR four-in-hand, HR generalist, regularise Managers and Plant Manager. Since there were only two HR professionals the valet Resource strategies and how they were organized were taken on and sh bed by various staff in upper management. The HR manager and generalist took care of the HR planning. Recruitment, selection and job abbreviation was shared and carried out by the Vice President and the HR manager. Compensation was done by senior management and the HR manager, the HR generalist was responsible for data entry. The Vice President, the HR manager, the district managers and the plant manager were in charge of occupational group development, training and orientation. The of import HR activities were staffing and hiring, as attrition was instead high in the plant area of the organization. This was due to the occurrence that the jobs were physically demanding and very repetitive.
