People make things happen. hardly what makes people? There is a tension here between the two extreme views of native predestination and the force of environment. We are formation a leader as one who produces variety in society, generally for the better.1 Most often to achieve the desired change in society, one has to get the people to follow him. But this is not always true. At times leadership can mean standing alone for what you believe in. People may not follow you in the turn in barely in the future they may. When Jesus was being crucified, few were following Him, except at that instant He wrought the greatest chemise of society in history. So leadership is not seen as positional, but functional. The leader does not occupy a position, but fulfills the function of working a change in the present situation.
